This is our signature seasoning! Chad spent much of his childhood and then early adulthood in the Kansas City, MO area and fell in love with KC BBQ. His dry rub takes the best of those flavors and mixes it with a little midwest kick. This rub is awesome for smoking beef, pork, and lamb as well as using as a seasoning on steaks, chops and burgers!
